Hello - I’d like to share my excellent feedback about the services received from Mr Arnab. In one word “Marvellous”. I had to withdraw my PF amount and when I did it on my own, it was rejected. PF gave me reasons which I could not comprehend. That’s when I thought, I need professional help. I had a very very very complicated case. For some reasons, every company I joined used to create their own UANs. So first problem - I had multiple UANs Second problem - My pension was not transferred from my previous company. And I had no idea on how to handle this situation. Third - some companies had not even seeded my UAN and if some had, they had missed out my personal details. So it was a total mess. That’s when I reached out to Mr Arnab, who calmly explained me the situation and gave me an assurance it will be done. It’ll take time but will be done. Mr Arnab started the procedures on my behalf and I was always updated about the progress, even without me asking for it. Sometimes, it felt like he is more concerned about my case than me. He is very soft spoken, straight to the point and has great knowledge of PF services. Just today, I have received my final settlement from PF. Thank you Mr Arnab!!
